A custom home is the largest thing most people ever commission, and the part that goes wrong is almost never the craftsmanship — it is the seams between trades. We remove the seams by doing the work ourselves, from the first survey through to the last coat of paint.

Design and engineering in house
Our architects, engineers and designers sit on our own staff. Drawings, structural engineering and the budget are developed together, so what gets priced is what actually gets built and the plan does not need re-drawing once a real number lands on it.

Ground-up construction
Grading and excavation, foundation, framing, roofing, windows and doors, mechanical and electrical, insulation and drywall. The same crews carry the house from bare dirt to weather-tight.

Finishes and handover
Cabinetry, millwork, tile, flooring and finish carpentry, then a walkthrough with the people who ran the build rather than a salesperson seeing it for the first time.

ADUs and additions
Accessory dwelling units, guest houses and whole-home additions — the same process at a smaller scale, and often the fastest way to add real value to a lot you already own.

Design & pre-construction
Our own architects, engineers and designers work up the drawings, the engineering and a real budget — so what gets priced is what actually gets built.

Permits & site preparation
We carry the plans through approvals, then handle grading, excavation and foundation. Nothing waits on a subcontractor we do not control.

Structure & systems
Framing, roofing, windows and doors, electrical and mechanical, insulation and drywall — the house closed in and made weather-tight.

Finishes & walkthrough
Exterior and interior finishes, cabinetry, tile and finish carpentry, followed by a walkthrough with the same people who ran the build.
Common questions
Do I need plans before I contact you?
No. Roughly half of our clients come to us with nothing but a lot and an idea. Our design team can take it from there. If you already have drawings, we will work to them.
Do you build ADUs?
Yes — accessory dwelling units and guest houses are a regular part of our work, both standalone and alongside a main-house project.
Who manages the subcontractors?
We do. We self-perform the majority of the build and manage everything else directly, so you have one point of contact for the whole project.
