We carry the whole build ourselves, with our own architects, engineers and designers. One contract, one team, one number to call when you want to know where things stand.
Excavation & foundation
Site preparation, grading and excavation through to poured foundation — the ground-up work most builders subcontract out.
Framing & structure
Rough framing and carpentry built to the engineering, so the bones of the house are square before anything closes up.
Insulation & drywall
Insulation, drywall, taping and finishing — the stage that decides how quiet and efficient the finished home actually feels.
Windows & doors
Supply and installation of windows, entry and interior doors, set and sealed to the opening rather than forced into it.
Exterior finishes
Stucco, siding, stone, roofing and everything that closes the building envelope and sets the elevation.
Interior finishes
Cabinetry, millwork, tile, flooring and finish carpentry — carried by the same crews that framed the house.

Design & pre-construction
Our own architects, engineers and designers work up the drawings, the engineering and a real budget — so what gets priced is what actually gets built.

Permits & site preparation
We carry the plans through approvals, then handle grading, excavation and foundation. Nothing waits on a subcontractor we do not control.

Structure & systems
Framing, roofing, windows and doors, electrical and mechanical, insulation and drywall — the house closed in and made weather-tight.
04
Finishes & walkthrough
Exterior and interior finishes, cabinetry, tile and finish carpentry, followed by a walkthrough with the same people who ran the build.
